The press for minced meat souvlaki consists of a metal base in the form of aπ1, of metal side "ears" 2 with plastic handles on the upper part and slots in the lower part as well as a moving metal part with two presses 3 & 8. The mince meat mixture fills the metal base "mould", the stick passes through the slots in the metal side "ears" passing, end-to-end, through the mince mixture which is in the metal base, and by the pressure exercised on the metal press, the aluminium press extrudes the mixture with the stick passing through it. The advantage of this invention is that it eliminates the process of moulding the minced meat, facilities the passage of the stick through the minced meat and, finally, through movement of the presses, minced meat souvlaki are obtained quickly and easily. |
