Process of manufacturing of hot forging tools, and tools obtained by this process

Tools are manufactured by hot forging. They have a superficial layer made of metallic alloy(s) of high temperature resistance formed on a metallic substrate. The superficial layer is realized by depositing the melted metallic alloys, they are melted by application of high energy laser, the laser performs the metallurgical bond between the metallic alloys of the superficial layer and the metal of the substrate. An Independent claim is also included for a hot forging tool comprising a superficial layer of high temperature resistance metallic alloy with a crystallographic structure of a deposit formed by melting by high energy laser.
