<p>Dough portions are fed by a rotating esp. cross-shaped profile, shaft which rotates by 90 degrees for each forward step of a baking tray, into a set of rollers whence the shaped, indented rolls fall onto a conveyor belt from which in turn they fall onto the baking tray to form, automatically an evenly spaced continuous row. The baking tray has a drive roller below it extending over the full width of the machine and is stepped forward on rollers fitted to a pair of parallel adjustable widthspacing rails.</p> |
