In a treatment laser apparatus, when the data on a laser spot magnification of a contact lens CL to be used for treatment of a patient's eye E is input by means of a controller 7 and the data on a spot size of treatment laser beams in air is input by means of a change knob 4, a real spot size of the laser beams which is irradiated to an affected part of the patient's eye E is calculated in a control section 30 based on the both inputted data, and the calculated result is displayed on a display section 20. <IMAGE>
