<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating method of aluminum scrap which can directly be reused to a reverberatory furnace without executing a preliminary melting and refining the aluminum scrap with an induction furnace as melting raw material of the aluminum material. SOLUTION: The aluminum scrap is heated at 480-530 deg.C, and after decomposing the stuck material, paint, accompanied organic material, etc., this scrap is cooled to <=100 deg.C and crushed with an impact crusher and also, the produced oxide is separated. Further, after removing fine powder of <=10mm, the scrap is made to a pressed forming body having 7kg the max. wt., 2.4-2.6 bulk sp. gr. and at least 1.85 ratio of the vol./the surface area of the forming body.</p> |
