PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable collection of melodies and to facilitates the input of melodies of his/her own work. SOLUTION: A KANA (Japanese syllabary)/musical scale conversion table which associates KATAKANA (square form of Japanese syllabary) with a musical scale is stored in a KANA/musical scale conversion table memory 15 inside a memory part 5. At the time of registering the melody of his/her own work on a his/her own melody memory 9, the KANA/musical scale conversion table or a part of it is displayed on the screen of a display part 7. A carrier refers to the correspondence relation of KATAKANA and the musical scale displayed at the display part 7 and inputs the KATAKANA corresponding to the musical scale desired to be inputted. Also, his/her own melody is appropriately registered in a calling signal memory 8 and converted to DTMF(dual tone multi-frequency) signals by a DTMF signal generation part 12. The sequence of numerical codes received through an antenna 1, a radio part 2 and a demodulation part 3 is registered in the his/her own melody memory 9 and the calling signal memory 8 as the melody. |
