PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable both headquarter and each shop to perform maintenance of master data and to enable both data to be quickly and accurately matched. SOLUTION: When a shop machine 20 enables shop maintenance and receives a message collection demand from a headquarter machine 30 regarding shop master data based on headquarter master data stored in a master file 23M, the shop master data which are finished with shop maintenance are formed so that they can be transmitted to a headquarter machine 30. Then, after the shop master data which enables the message collection demand to be transmitted to the shop machine 30 and are finished with shop maintenance received from the shop machine 20 are made to reflect upon the headquarter master data before the headquarter machine 30 executes the headquarter maintenance regarding the headquarter master data stored in a headquarter master file 33M they are formed so that the headquarter maintenance is possible. |
