PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to form microscopic grooved stripes in a core without using a metal mold and a whetstone. SOLUTION: In a molding process, a flet annular ferrite powder core 100 is molded using ferrite powder. Then, in a cutting process, the core 100 is set in a rotating shaft 200 and while the rotating shaft 200 is rotated at a constant speed, grooved stripes are continued to form one by one by cutting using one general-purpose bit 210 of a cutting tool. Accordingly, a ferrite core 110 previous to sintering provided with an opposing surface 110B having a plurality of the annular grooved stripes 112 is obtained. After this, in a sintering process, the core 110 is sintered to solidify the core 110, the coil is housed and arranged in each grooved stripe 112 and moreover, the sintering process proceeds to a process for connecting a post-attaching wiring and the like with the core 110.
|
