<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To couple optical-beams to a semiconductor structure at an optimum without using semiconductor compositions or techniques which are difficult to adopt. SOLUTION: There is prepared at least a semiconductor part which comprises at least a substrate 10 and a lamination assembly containing at least a wave guide layer 14. Photoelectron magnetic waves are irradiated on the wave guide layer 14, and wavelengths and incident angles of the photoelectron magnetic waves are selected so that a specific absorption peak suitable to the assembly for inducing the photoelectron magnetic waves in the wave guide layer 4 exists within the wavelength and the incident angle.</p> |
