PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a notice such as a message to the limited range wherein a moving body is present by inputting outward features as to the moving body to which the message, etc., should be sent and searching for the moving body having the inputted outward features in a specific area. SOLUTION: A requester calls a reception part and inputs outward features of a person to be searched in voice. A reception device 1 recognizes the requester's voice and extracts the outward features of the person to be searched. A search device 2 processes an image photographed by a camera 9 to detect the corresponding person having the extracted outward features. When move than one corresponding person is present, outward features which do not match among the corresponding persons are detected and the requester is made to confirm them additionally. Through this additional confirmation, the person to be searched is specified and a message from the requester is broadcast to only the relatively narrow area where the person to be searched is present. Therefore, an atmosphere created by reproducing music at amusement facilities, etc., can be prevented from being spoiled and the message from the requester can securely be transmitted to the person to be searched. |
