PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a reproduction signal still in a stage of an RF signal from being illegally copied by moving an irradiation position of light beams from an irradiation track to an adjacent track before information is recorded to the irradiation track and forming the irradiation position continuously to the tracks. SOLUTION: A transition part MG is formed in a lead-in area of an optical disk. A groove track G2 as an irradiation track has a terminal part at the transition part MG. Transition pits 1-10 are formed for gradually shifting an optical spot SP from the groove track G2 to a groove track G1 on a land track L of the transition part between the groove tracks G1 and G2 of a predetermined length after the terminal of the groove track G2. Because of the presence of the transition pits 1-10, the light beam merely repeatedly shifts from the groove track G1 to the groove track G2. Illegal copying is eventually made impossible.
