PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear winching apparatus which assures rear winching work, even on the sloping road and also assures accurate stopping of vehicle at a specified position. SOLUTION: A rear winching apparatus 1 of a towing tractor, having a vehicle running motor 7 and a rear winching switch 6, consists of a solenoid (parking brake operating means) 5, a driver's seat switch 2 for checking that a driver is not at a driver's seat 12 and a controller 3 for controlling the solenoid and vehicle running motor 7. The controller 3 causes the solenoid 5 to operate to stop the vehicle, when the driver's switch 2 is turned on. When the rear winching switch 6 is turned on in this condition, the solenoid 5 is stopped to operate for cancelling the vehicle stop condition and also to drive the vehicle running motor 7 to cause the vehicle to move. |
