PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid DC power transmission facility which is capable of making continuous operation without stopping, even when an accident happens in an AC system at the power rectifier side. SOLUTION: This equipment is constituted of a means 26 for detecting current in a DC transmission line, a means 210 for detecting that the current is a specified value or below, a means 17 for detecting the magnitude of the AC voltage of a separately-excited converter, a means 211 for detecting that the AC voltage is a specified value of lower, a means 212 for detecting that the DC current is a specified value or lower and the AC voltage is a specified value or lower, a means 200 for preparing a voltage set value for a self-excited converter according to the detected DC current value, a means 213 for switching a set value for voltage according to the output result of the means 212, and a means 201 for controlling the DC voltage of the self-excited converter to the set value. When the current in the DC transmission line becomes the specified value or lower, and at the same time, the AC voltage of the separately- excited converter becomes the specified value or lower, the set value for the DC voltage of the self-excited converter is changed. |
