PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate integrated solar cell module which effectively prevents lights public nuisance by reflection of lights on a light incident side, and a simple and low-priced manufacture. SOLUTION: This module comprises a transparent insulation substrate 1 having first and second faces; a transparent electrode layer 2 formed on the first face of the transparent insulation substrate 1; a photosemiconductor layer 3 formed on the transparent electrode layer 2; a back face electrode layer 4 formed on the photosemiconductor layer 3; and a lights diffused reflection layer 10 composed of an inactive system material formed on the second face, on which lights of the transparent insulation substrate 1 are incident. |
