PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smooth the exchange of resource/application data of a high data transferring rate by selectively transmitting and receiving resource/application data through a transport stream line. SOLUTION: In the reception of a normal broadcasting signal, a broadcasting transport stream is transferred to a conditional access sub-system(CASS) module 2 through a transport stream(TS) line 3 and after processing data, the broadcasting transport stream is sent back to a digital video broadcast(DVB) receiver 1 through a TS line 4. Data on this transport stream is processed by a video/ audio decoder 6 etc. However, the TS lines 3 and 4 are connected also to a resource manager 13. Consequently, instead of transferring the broadcasting transport stream through the TS lines 3 and 4, resource/application data between the manager 13 and an application 12 can be transferred through the TS lines 3 and 4.
