摘要 The invention refers to a screw-nut mechanism designed to ensure the conversion of the rotating motion of the nut/screw into rectilinear motion of the screw/nut, with applications in a wide variety of areas. For this purpose, the nut is made up of an assembly consisting of a cylindrical body (1), on which two caps (2) are mounted. These act as a support for some rollers (4) that are fixed with roller friction bearings or slide bearings (3), whose number determines the number of ends for the winding helixes of the screw-nut mechanism. The screw is represented by a central shaft (5), which can be tubular as well, and the pace of the mechanism is determined by the inclination of the rollers (4) against the axis of the shaft (5).
