<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for a private power generator which can speed up the control of generated power and can reduce received power from a commercial power system. SOLUTION: In a controller of a private power generator, which supplies power to a private load 6 from a generator 2 in linkage with a commercial power system, a rotating speed command converter is installed which calculates a target value for the power generated by the generator 2 from the power received from the commercial power system 1 and a target value for the received power and limits the upper and the lower limit of the output signal by means of an upper and lower limiter, and when the received power becomes lower than the reverse transmission prevention level, outputs a reverse transmission prevension signal and, at the same time, sets a correction signal for lowering a power command value and then adds the correction signal to the target value for the generated power and then amplifies an error between the target value for the generated power and the detected value for the generated power by means of a PI controller and then converts the output of the PI controller into a rotating speed command signal for a governor. Due to the rotating speed command converter, a rotating speed command for the governor can be changed speedily and thereby the received power can be recovered to the set value rapidly.</p> |
