PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the visibility from decreasing owing to external light by allowing a transparent conductive substrate over a touch panel to have a specific phase difference and arranging it so that the phase delay axis of the transparent conductive substrate has a specific angle to the axis of absorption of an elliptic polarizing plate. SOLUTION: At least the upper transparent conductive substrate of the touch panel has the phase difference X±30 nm represented by an equality I and is so arranged that the phase delay axis of the transparent conductive substrate having this phase difference has an angle Y±20 deg. represented by an equality II to the axis of absorption of the elliptic polarizing plate. In the equalities, θis the angle ( deg.) of the phase delay axis of the phase difference plate to the axis of absorption of the elliptic polarizing plate. Here, the angle increases clockwise on the basis of the polarizing plate side, δ is the phase difference (nm) of the phase difference plate from the elliptic polarizing plate, and (n) is a positive integer. |
