<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize a calling loss and to reduce the load of a call processing processor within a network due to recalling by preparing schedule information of each time zone generating one request band of a user or an empty band lower than it and calculating a usable band from schedule information concerning a node through which an ATM cell transmitted by the user passes, and as informing the user of it. SOLUTION: Controllers 10 provided respectively to plural nodes 1 to 3 store the situation of an empty band at each time in a reservation table 20. For example, all the transmission lines are in use until t=1. The respective nodes 1 to 3 respectively inform the node of a next stage of schedule information, showing a transferrable time and band in responce to the request of a user. At the next node, AND of the empty capacity of its own node and empty capacity up to a last stage is taken and transmitted further to a next stage. As a result of this, the node 3 being a final node sends sending permission to the user at the earliest time of all t=2, when an empty band becomes available.</p> |
