<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the circuit securing time for transmission of the image information and also to shorten each transmission time of information by extracting the difference between the image information transmitted in the past and the image information to be transmitted and then transmitting the image information concerning the above extracted difference. SOLUTION: An image collection part 11 or a receiving station 1 collects the image information from a photographing object, and a difference extraction part 12 extracts the difference between the image information transmitted in the past and that to be transmitted. A transmitted part 13 transmits the image information concerning the difference that is extracted at the part 12. An absolute position acquisition part 14 acquires the absolute position information on the longitude, latitude, etc., of the station 1 via a position detection system, etc. Then a data base 15 stores the image information collected at the part 11 together with the absolute position information and the coordinate information which is added to the part 12.</p> |
