<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treating device transferring the heat electrically supplied to a heat treating device body, concentratedly and efficiently, to a flat plate shaped member. SOLUTION: A hot plate type heat treating device for heating the whole surface of a flat plate shaped member requiring heat treatment, is equipped with a heat treating device body 30 having a flat plate shaped heating surface 34 for placing the flat plate shaped member thereon and heaters 32 for heating the heat treating device body 30, and the heat treating device body 30 is applied with different kind of surface treatment from part to part of its entire surface.</p> |
