PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservation receiving system which eliminates waste in the entire system at the time of performing reservation registration, reservation change, communication between a reservation reception counter and other reservation parties. SOLUTION: A terminal 1a which is installed at a reservation reception counter (office) 1 and inputs and outputs data about reservation, a reservation decision processor 3A which is installed in other parties of reservation (hotel) 3 and performs processing including reservation decision, transmission and reception and registration about data reservation in the other party, and a collecting and distributing device 2a which is installed between the terminal 1a and the processor 3A and which collects and distributes data about reservation between the terminal 1a and the processor 3A are connected on-line. |
