摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for high polymer hybrid electrolyte film to obtain high ion conductivity, while having excellent workability. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method for high polymer hybrid electrolyte film, after producing impregnated precursor having liquid content of not less than 40 wt.% and less than 75 wt.% by impregnating electrolyte into polymer matrix, the electrolyte is further solved to solid solution (diffusion), in order to make the liquid content of not less than 75 wt.%. The polymer matrix is formed by polymer containing vinylidene fluoride resin. In addition, the polymer matrix is a porous resin compound having an independent bubble and/or a through hole.
