Utensil designed for picking up objects, formed by a plastic handle in the form of a gun 1, in which a plastic trigger 2 is inserted, moved by the utensil's operator. When the trigger is pressed, two strips of steel 4 fixed to it are pushed and work via the inside of the central aluminium tube 3. Contraction of the steel strips causes two suction cups 7 fixed at the other end of the strips to be pushed one against the other, allowing objects to be secured. The suction cups are fixed to the steel strips by a screw and nut 6, which also fix the two, fixed steel strips 4 at their other end to the central aluminium bar and act as springs that return the suction cups to their initial position after pressure on the trigger is lowered. <IMAGE>
