PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing a bonding disk which is capable of preventing air bubble inclusion and preventing the degradation in tilts and jitters. SOLUTION: This process produces the bonding disk by applying a UV curing type adhesive 3 between a recording side disk 1 deposited with a reflection film 13 on the bonding surface and a transparent substrate 21 to be bonded to the recording side disk 1 by a spinner. In such a case, a silicon film or silicon compd. film 22 is deposited on the bonding surface of the transparent substrate 21 and thereafter, the UV curing type adhesive 3 is adhered on the silicon film or the silicon compd. film 22, by which wettability is greatly improved. |
