PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call origination/termination regulation system for portable telephone set which does not trouble other people using inside a public institution or the like by preventing the traffic accident during driving an automobile by automatically stopping a call originating/terminating function while receiving a call origination/termination regulation radio wave signal transmitted from a call origination/termination regulation radio wave signal transmitter to a portable telephone set. SOLUTION: A transmitter 1 is provided with an operation part 8 for setting an operation condition such as the dispatch range of regulation, power source part 5 for inputting a commercial power source or a cigarette power source, outputting its power source class identification information and supplying power to respective constitutive parts, RF part 7 for transmitting the call origination/termination regulation radio wave signal to the portable telephone set, control part 6 for controlling the origination and stop of the call origination/termination regulation radio wave signal based on information from the operation part or power source part, and speed detecting part 9 for detecting the speed of an automobile. In this case, the call origination/termination regulation radio wave signal is transmitted to the portable telephone set and the portable telephone set receives that signal and automatically regulates the origination/termination of a call. |
