<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the forging of a micro-controller circuit difficult. SOLUTION: Related to a micro-controller circuit comprising circuit elements arranged on a semiconductor main body, such spacial configuration as at least multiple cooperating circuit elements 70-85, 80-83, 90-93, 76-78, 84, 85, 94, and 95 are irregularly scrambled on the semiconductor main body is provided. With this configuration for circuit elements, such a module structure of micro- controller circuit and the regularity of function block like this cannot be recognized, without a large-scale device and extended time for analysis and assignment for individual circuit element to specified function of a micro controller or data.</p> |
