<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert a cell while skipping a write order, when it is necessary to preferentially insert a cell on a memory although the cell is ordinarily inserted in an asynchronous transfer mode(ATM) device preferentially for the order as first-in first-out(FIFO). SOLUTION: This inserting system is provided with a storage means 3 capable of random access, address holding means 4 for storing the address of the storage means 3 in which cell data are written, and control means 2 which normally successively writes the cell data successively into the storage means 3, reads the cell data by order of the writing and inserts them to a transmission line, and which acquirs the address of specified cell data from the address holding part 4, when the preferential insertion of specified written cell data is requested, reads the specified cell data, inserts them to the transmission line and performs control so as to skip the specified address at the time of successive reading.</p> |
