PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal with a changes in the number of terminals to be participated in a video conference system or the like. SOLUTION: Information concerning a communicating party is inputted beforehand in a step S1. When any communication path with the inputted communicating party is not generated, the communication path is generated while using an AMI net setup protocol(ASP) in a step S5. After the communication path is generated, the reception of data is started. Whether it is under receiving operation or not is decided in a step S7, and it is decided that it is under receiving operation, processing after a step S2 is repeated. By repeating this processing from step S2 to S6, the communication path to the newly connected terminal can be generated. |
