The invention relates to medicine, in particular, to the children pulmonology and allergology and may be used for prognostication of the variants of developing the children recidivating bronchitis. The proposed method comprises revealing of the allergologic factors from the anamnesis, micromedium harmful factors and living conditions, examination of recidivating bronchitis clinical factors, definition of immunological indexes, valuation of the obtained parameters in the form of quantitative values and calculation of prognostical factors F0 and F1 according to the formulas: F0=-13,11ÎDA-0,14ÎAA+89,4ÎCT+ 28,71ÎVC-81,26ÎNM+0,48ÎTs+0,76ÎBl+ 0,86ÎIgG-80,9 F1=-15,03ÎDA-0,23ÎAA+102,89ÎCT+ 35,38ÎVC-92,29ÎNM+0,57ÎTs+ 0,83ÎBl+0,74ÎIgG-109,09. When F1 is greater of F0 one prognosticates resolution of the recidivating bronchitis in the respiratory allergosis. The technical result consists in improving the prognosis trustworthiness.
