PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composite ceramic capacitor which is enhanced in breakdown voltage, with large capacitance, mechanical strength, and reliability and lessened in cost by a method wherein solder particles contained in solder paste and flux are prevented from penetrating into a gap between laminated ceramic capacitors even if metal terminals are soldered and fixed to the terminal electrodes of a capacitor main body with solder paste. SOLUTION: Laminated ceramic capacitors 10 to 14 are assembled together keeping each gap (g) 20μm or less. Furthermore, 90% or more of solder particles contained in solder paste ranges from 35 to 55μm in diameter, and metal terminals 2 and 3 are each soldered and fixed to the edge faces of a capacitor main body 1 with solder 4 and 5.
