PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate microphone sensitivity, an incoming tone, a vibrator and a key operation sound through one action when the user bother others with ringing in front of the public in a train, a conference, etc., or when the user does not want to an incoming call to be heard by others. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a public front key 174 which switches to a public front mode and a control circuit 11 which increases the sensitivity of a microphone 8 or controls it to a prescribed sensitivity or more, or also, makes an incoming tone silent or small or controls it to a prescribed volume or less and also generates vibrations of a vibrator at the time of incoming call arrival when the public front mode is set by the key 174.
