PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the multi-function telephone control system using standard functions. SOLUTION: The multi-function telephone control system has a central controller CC 14 that controls entire sections, a storage device 15, a multi-function telephone set 4 connecting with a channel switch 11 that switches lines and a personal computer 2. Furthermore, a terminal such as a personal computer and an exclusive extension circuit 13 are interconnected by a connection cable through which a voice signal and a call control signal are sent/received. Moreover, A trunk TRK 12 that contains a trunk line, a leased line or a branch line and applies connection control to them connects with the switch 11. The personal computer 2 uses standard functions to apply call control to the multi- function telephone set 4. Thus, the use of the standard functions controls the multi-function telephone set 4.
