PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a telephone set for the prevention of a crime by incorporating a power supply switch, the switch part of an IC-incorporated dial signal transmission switch and a casing having exposure openings for an antenna. SOLUTION: A power source 1 like a battery is connected and a push type power supply switch 2, an IC-incorporated dial signal transmission switch 3, a radio oscillator 4 and an antenna 5 are wired. They are incorporated in a casing 6 of transparent plastic in a liquid crystal game type provided with openings for exposing the power supply switch 2, the switch part of the transmission switch 3 and the antenna 5. When a dangerous atmosphere is sensed from a person present nearby indoors or outdoors, the transmission switch 3 is casually depressed. Since calling signals are delivered to his/her own telephone set by a one-easy-action dial function and call termination sound is rung, the bearer of the telephone set takes it out and tacts as if a call answering from the outside and conducting a conversation.
