摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively allocate communication channels to cells in a radio electric communication system by temporarily allocating the channels to each cell until its channel request is satisfied and then allocating the final channel to each cell based on the above temporary allocation. SOLUTION: When channels are allocated to the cells contained in a radio communication system 300 consisting of cells arranged in an hexagonal grid shape, the cells adjacent to each other have mutual interference if the same frequency is assigned to a pair of cells (base stations). Under such conditions, channel request of each of cells 3-i is satisfied in each unit by using three carrier frequencies of channels A, B and C and accordingly a group of cell elements having mutual interference is eliminated. So that the same channel is not allocated to two cells interfering with each other. As a result, the number of channel requests is decreased by one among the cells 3-i of the system 300. This operation is repeated to completely satisfy each channel request.</p>
