The tearing structure is axially movable in the neck by a control member between a stand-by position and an operative position in which the seal is ruptured. The seal (22) includes a weakened portion (24) defining therein at least one retractable flap (25A), and a flap hinge portion (25B) between at least two radially outer ends of the weakened portion (24). The tearing structure includes a flap pushing member for engaging a flap region adjacent to the hinge portion (25B). The bottle is suitable for ophthalmological products.
