PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain improvement in efficiency by eliminating the waiting time by an operator of a console when testing the normality of a speech channel between an exchange and a radio base station. SOLUTION: When a channel 3 to be tested is occupied, the tester of a console 6 performs a channel switching operation through the console 6. Thus, the normality of the speech channel 3 is tested while saving a busy speech call through a general subscriber to an idle channel 5 by an exchange 8 corresponding to a channel switching instruction from the console 6 or by a radio base station 9 corresponding to the channel switching instruction from the console 6 transferred from the exchange 8 through a common line signal path 12. |
