PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use and apply one noncontact IC card in common to plural card systems and to improve the convenience of a card user side and the economy of a card provider side by incorporating coils for transmission and reception and an IC module, which are adaptive to signals from plural external processors having different communication conditions, in a card base material. SOLUTION: On a resin plate (reverse) 3 as a base material which is a part of a noncontact IC card, two recessed parts 6 and 7 are formed. In an IC module 4, a semiconductor integrated circuit 9 is incorporated and in an IC module 5, a semiconductor integrated circuit 11 is built. A coil 10 for reception and transmission connected to the IC module 5 is large enough to surround the outside of a coil 8 for reception and transmission connected to the IC module 4 and the recessed part 7 of the resin plate (reverse) 3 is so sized as to surround the recessed part 6 so that those coils 8 and 10 for reception and transmission are set above the resin plate (reverse) 3. |
