PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain matching between a wide line part and a thin line part in a matching circuit for a microwave band formed on a dielectric substrate. SOLUTION: This matching circuit is provided with a dielectric substrate 1 having plural ground wiring layers 2 and 3 and a line 4, including a wide line part 5 and a thin line part 6 formed on the dielectric substrate 1. Then, the wide line part 5 is connected via a matching part 7 whose width is continuously changing like a straight line or a curve with the thin line part 6, and the range 3a of the intermediate ground wiring layer 3 faced to the wide line part 5 is deleted. |
