PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily repeating the reproduction output of information such as an audio recorded on a recording medium in a form that low-cost and large- capacity recording and repetitive reproduction are possible, by manual scanning. SOLUTION: This information reproducing device picks up an image of an optically readable dot code lit up by a light source 198 by an XY-address type image pickup part 408 from a sheet type recording medium provided with a part where data including at least audio information is printed and recorded as the optically readable dot code and outputs the audio information from an earphone 268 through an image processing part 460, a data processing part 462 and a data output part 464. The XY address type image pickup part 408 is controlled by an element shutter pulse and a reset pulse generated from an image pickup element scanning address generation and element shutter control part 414. |
