PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a non-aqueous electrolyte battery having high reliability by removing the occurrence of a crack of electrodes or falling-off of active material. SOLUTION: This non-aqueous electrolyte secondary cell is equipped, as a cell element part 3, with a positive electrode 4 composed by carrying a mixture of positive electrode active material containing Li and a binder on a collector, a negative electrode 5 composed by carrying a mixture of negative electrode active material and a binder on the collector, and non-aqueous electrolysis solution. In this case, binders, composing either or both electrodes 4 and/or 5 between both electrodes 4, 5 of this non-aqueous electrolytic solution secondary cell, are at least either one kind between a vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene copolymer and a vinylidene fluoride-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer. |
