The method and the equipment for alternative food preparationby electroosmosis and ionophoresis shall be used for residentialand public catering needs. By them the food is prepared quicklyand of high quality with a small electric power consumption due tothe simultaneous utilization of an adjustable, electroosmotic,ultrasound and depolarization process effected in the closed spaceof the heat chamber of the equipment. The taste of the foodsprepared combines the taste and flavour qualities of stewed,roasted and smoked foods. The electroosmotic and ultrasoundcooking of the food in the equipment sterilizes the food from alltypes of pathogenous microorganisms preserving the nutritivequalities and the ingredients of the foods: proteins,microelements, hormones and some groups of vitamines.3 claims, 5 figures |
