PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a part chuck device which is capable of trapping foreign particles chucked in through a part chuck nozzle so as to protect a sealing member or the like against damage caused b foreign particles. SOLUTION: A part chuck device 10 is equipped with a slide shaft 22 which is composed of an upper slide shaft 30 on a bearing member 28 side and a lower slide shaft 32 which is connected to the lower end of the upper slide shaft 30 in a detachable manner and supports a part suction nozzle 24, wherein an air filter 34 is provided to the mount 27 of a negative tube 26A provided to the upper slide shaft 30 in a detachable manner through a split edge face between the slide shafts 32 and 32.
