The invention relates to a device for recognizing objects, moving goods, people, animals or the like, in case of bad lighting conditions, more particularly, during dawn, in the darkness or in the night. At least two interconnected layers are provided, wherein highly flexible electric conductors (3) are arranged in-between said layers. One layer, especially the top layer (1), has at least one opening (4) in which an electric light (5), especially a light emitting diode, is mounted that is connected to the conductors (3). The conductors (3) are connected to a voltage source (6) that can be turned on or off by means of a switch (7). Additional light reflecting elements (13) are arranged between the lights (5) on the top layer (1). |
