FIELD: evaporating boats of flash evaporation plants. SUBSTANCE: evaporating boat has graphite body with depression and external coating consisting of pyrolytic high-density boron nitride. External coating is made with hexagonal crystalline structure and density higher than, at least, 2.19 g/cu.cm, and with intermediate layer from pyrolytic graphite whose thickness is within 0.00508-0.0254 mm. Intermediate layer is located between coating from pyrolitic boron nitride and graphite body. EFFECT: increased service life of boat. 3 cl, 3 dwg
