FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the drug "Maslo shikoninovoe" showing an anti-inflammatory and an antibacterial effect and used by topical route for treatment of different locally coursing inflammatory processes. An active component of an agent is shikonin esters mixed with vegetable or Vaseline oil at the following ratio (mg shikonin esters/100 ml of oil): acetylshikonin 21.8-196.5; isobutyrylshikonin 31.6-284.4; propionylshikonin 2.7-24.6; isovalerylshikonin 10.0-90.0; alpha-methyl-N-butyrylshikonin 5.0-45.3; beta-hydroxy-isovalerylshikonin 7.27-65.4; beta,beta-dimethylacrylshikonin 1.43-12.9. Invention provides the possibility of treatment of patients with erysipelous inflammations (bullate and bullate-necrotic forms), trophic ulcers, bacterial eczema and other skin and mucosa sicknesses.
