FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: gear has base, template with control surface, unit pressing tested shell against template. The latter is mounted for movement towards central axis of template. It is manufactured in the form of stepped system of equal-arm levers. Axes of levers of each following step are hinged to ends of levers of previous step. Cross-piece where rods are uniformly mounted for movement along radii of template is placed between template and pressing unit. Lengths of rods can be adjusted, rockers are hinged to their ends and carry rests distances between which can be regulated. Template is fitted with separable rests. EFFECT: expanded technological capabilities thanks to creation of pressing load distributed uniformly that is used to test cylindrical shells of various types and dimensions. 2 cl, 2 dwg |
