FIELD: compositions for fabric softening. SUBSTANCE: proposed transparent microemulsion composition for fabric softening in rinsing cycle includes fabric softener (A) which is surface-active agent based on diester of quaternary ammonium having formula (1) where R is alkylene radical having from 2 to about 4 atoms of carbon, <EMI ID=0.347 HE=3 WI=3 TI=CHI> is alkyl or alkenyl group having from 8 to about 22 atoms of carbon, "n" is integer, from 1 to 4 and <EMI ID=0.348 HE=3 WI=3 TI=CHI> is lower radical having from 1 to about 4 atoms of carbon and/or fabric softener which is surface-active agent based on diamido-ammonium having formula (2), where "n", R and <EMI ID=0.349 HE=3 WI=3 TI=CHI> are determined above; <EMI ID=0.350 HE=3 WI=3 TI=CHI> is lower alkyl radical having from 1 to about 4 atoms of carbon or hydrogen and "X" is <EMI ID=0.351 HE=9 WI=9 TI=CHI>, Br or C1, where <EMI ID=0.352 HE=3 WI=3 TI=CHI> is lower alkyl radical having from 1 to about 4 atoms of carbon. Composition includes also organic solvent (/ü/), water-insoluble optional oil perfume and optional secondary fabric softener (/â/) selected group consisting of fatty alcohols, fatty acids, fatty esters, fatty amines and/or amines/amides; above-mentioned microemulsion may change into milk-like microemulsion after diluting with water.
