PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive unit which is inexpensive, capable of covering an extensive range of the number of revolution and the torque with a small number of component units, i.e., realizing the possibility of a large number of combinations, and assemblable from the component units of the module assembly system. SOLUTION: In a drive unit E1 provided with a gear device unit belonging to a component row of the module assembly system and a motor unit E4, the module assembly system includes a row of a main gear device unit E2 provided with at least one accessory pre-gear device unit E3 and a motor unit row (E4) constituted corresponding thereto, and the pre-gear device unit E3 of each stage can be combined with the pre-gear device unit E3 of the next smaller stage and/or the next larger stage. |
