PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the life of a fan apparatus from being lowered and the amount of power consumption from being increased. SOLUTION: A control device once detecting that a calculated air amount is less than a set value in an operation state of a fan device 13, judges that outdoor air is blowing into a body frame (detection of a reverse air). The control device interrupts the fan apparatus 13, and closes an air duct 5a and further prevents the fan apparatus 13 from being operated in an overloaded condition. Hereby, it is prevented that the fan apparatus 13 is abnormally raised in its temperature to lower the life of the fan apparatus 13 and increase the amount of power consumption. |
